Signing in with Google shares only your name, email address and profile photo, used solely to identify your account and store your meeting notes.

Delete your KeyMeet account

You can delete your KeyMeet account (operated by KeyTech) and all associated data at any time, in either of two ways:

Option 1 — From the app or the web

  1. Sign in to the KeyMeet app or at keymeet.ai.
  2. Open the user menu (your avatar, top right).
  3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Option 2 — By email

Email soporte@keymeet.ai from the address you sign in with, requesting account deletion. We process requests within 7 days.

Only want to delete some data?

You don't need to delete your account: open any meeting in My meetings and tap “Delete” — its transcript, summary and notes are erased immediately and permanently.

What is deleted

  • Your account (name, email, identifiers).
  • All your meetings: transcripts, summaries, action items and notes.
  • Your session tokens.

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no additional retention period. Raw audio is never retained, so there is no audio to delete.

What is kept

If you had a paid subscription, billing records remain with our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) under their legal obligations. No meeting content is part of those records.
